A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Todd began his career as a New Product Development/R&D Engineer with Parker Hannifin Corporation. After 7 years at Parker, he moved to Pittsburgh and joined Dormont Manufacturing Company as a Product Engineer. Following several years of increasing responsibility developing new products (including two product patents), he was promoted to begin his Business Development career as an International Business Manager/Sales Engineer for Dormont’s OEM Business Unit. After seven years of business growth, he was promoted to Watts Regional Sales Manager – North Central focusing on Watts’ Wholesale sales management. To take advantage of growing new technical product developments and his engineering background, in 2015 Todd was promoted to Business Development Manager to take responsibility for the Tempering category for the East Division.
